Rooted in Change

Working with Me
Working at Thresholds
Working with me means working at moments of transition—times when something is ending, shifting, or asking to be reimagined. These thresholds can be personal, interpersonal, or collective. I accompany people and communities who sense that existing structures, narratives, or ways of being no longer serve them, and who are willing to explore what wants to emerge instead.
An Integrative Way of Working
I work integratively, moving fluidly between counseling, facilitation, gardening, and systems thinking. These are interwoven services and different expressions of one orientation:
supporting life in its capacity to reorganize, heal, and evolve.
Whether we are working with soil, personal questions, or collective processes, the same principles apply—attention, respect for autonomy, relational awareness, and practical grounding.
Containers That Create Safety and Movement

A key element of my work is creating containers: spaces that are safe enough for honesty and open enough for change. Within these containers, individuals and groups can slow down, sense more clearly, and articulate what is often felt but not yet spoken. I pay close attention to unspoken dynamics, power relations, and emotional undercurrents, allowing them to surface without forcing resolution.

Non-Hierarchical Facilitation and Agency
I work in a non-hierarchical way. I do not position myself as the one who knows, but as someone who supports a process in finding its own intelligence. This approach strengthens agency and responsibility, both individually and collectively. People often discover that they already carry more clarity and capacity than they thought.
From Insight to Grounded Action
My work does not stop at insight. I help translate understanding into concrete, realistic steps that fit the specific context—be it a personal life situation, a community process, or a project rooted in place. Success is not measured by grand outcomes, but by meaningful moments of empowerment, connection, and movement.
An Invitation
Working with me is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to what is already present and allowing it to take form—in a way that is humane, grounded, and aligned with how life wants to be treated.
