Rooted in Change
Gardens, counseling and workshops for people and communities in transition

At the Threshold
We all pass through moments when old forms no longer fit and something new is asking to emerge.
These moments — whether personal, relational, ecological or collective — are thresholds.

Beija Flor accompanies people, land and communities in times of change, offering spaces where listening, grounding and reorientation become possible.
Moments of Transition
Change rarely arrives all at once. Often it unfolds quietly, through uncertainty, questions and a sense that something is shifting beneath the surface.

My work supports these moments of transition by creating spaces where reflection, dialogue and practical action can come together.
An Integrative Practice
My work brings together gardening, landscape design, counseling, workshops and writing.
What connects them is not a method, but an attitude:
working with life rather than against it, and allowing change to unfold with care, clarity and respect.

Sometimes this work happens in a garden.
Sometimes in conversation.
Sometimes in learning spaces or within communities searching for new ways of being together.
Beija Flor
Beija Flor — the hummingbird — is known in many cultures as a messenger between worlds.
Small, resilient and precise, it moves between earth and sky, reminding us that transformation does not need to be loud to be powerful.

This spirit informs my way of working: attentive, relational, and rooted in both vision and practice.

Who is this for?
You may feel at home here if you are standing at a personal or collective crossroads, seeking change that is both grounded and meaningful.
Beija Flor is for people and communities longing for a deeper connection between inner life, land and the ways we live and work together.

Ways to Work Together
Beija Flor offers different forms of accompaniment, depending on where you are in your process.

You are welcome to explore gardens and landscape work, counseling, workshops, community processes, and writing — all connected by a shared attention to transition, relationship and care.
